Objective:

Provide tour staff and fleet procurement/management for a music and mountain lifestyle tour visits ski resorts nationwide.  

Solution:

  • Lease 2 F350s, 2 F450s and 24’ box truck

  • Source 53’ gooseneck auto hauler and 48’ cargo trailer

  • Provide insurance and coordinate maintenance for all of the above plus 2 experience trailers and additional support vehicles

  • In depth interview process to ensure program fit and optimal team dynamic

  • Manage travel for up to 10 traveling staff, including flights, rental cars and accommodations

  • Track all expenses and provide detailed budget updates

Results:

  • Currently in 3rd year of partnership, with expanding scope each year

  • Engage approx. 3,000 attendees per day
