Objective:
Provide diverse and outgoing staff to shape perception and drive sales for The Economist alongside a variety of concept-driven experiential vehicles.
Solution:
Perform ongoing recruitment and extensive vetting for new staff
Train and develop staff to ensure they can properly communicate campaign messaging and brand values
Closely monitor staff performance to ensure individual sales targets and program goals are achieved
Process payment every two weeks for all staff hours and commissions earned
Results:
Active in NYC for 9 months a year with additional presence in Chicago and DC
During our 3-year partnership we provided 5 staff per event for up 12 activations weekly
