The Economist Tour

Staff Provided:

Objective:

Provide diverse and outgoing staff to shape perception and drive sales for The Economist alongside a variety of concept-driven experiential vehicles.

Solution:

  • Perform ongoing recruitment and extensive vetting for new staff

  • Train and develop staff to ensure they can properly communicate campaign messaging and brand values

  • Closely monitor staff performance to ensure individual sales targets and program goals are achieved

  • Process payment every two weeks for all staff hours and commissions earned

Results:

  • Active in NYC for 9 months a year with additional presence in Chicago and DC

  • During our 3-year partnership we provided 5 staff per event for up 12 activations weekly
